* Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress), preferably in Business Administration or related field
 * 2+ year's experience in LMS and good understanding of Learning Management Systems
 * 2+ years' experience in analyzing and translating business/functional requirements into realization concept

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Self-confidence and readiness to deliver presentations
 * Good understanding of Learning Management Systems
 * Fluency in English
 * Good MS Excel skills

## Description

As an HR IT Advisor - Training Administration, you will support the effective operation of learning systems and training processes within the Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team. This role supports the team in implementing learning programs, provides system expertise, and assists leaders in making informed decisions about learning solutions., * Provide support and clarification to business users regarding SuccessFactors LMS

 * Manage learning administration and reporting
 * Collaborate with the Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team to optimize training processes

 * Develop business case concepts with a focus on digitalization and standardization
 * Monitor training demand and optimize enrollments (managing waitlists, reservations, cancellations)
 * Prepare and deliver reports and analyses for Product Managers
 * Improve processes and user experience (e.g., enhancing registration emails, standardizing processes)
 * Collaborate with the SuccessFactors IT Team and Product Managers to implement LMS solutions
 * Handle training administration (participant coordination, attendance lists, reservations, financial closing)
 * Support training participants with bookings, cancellations, and logistics
 * Assist in marketing activities by providing direct links to events in SuccessFactors

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
