And hands on experience on any of below 3 requirements - * Business consultants with accounting skills who can work on CR on IFRS 9, impairments and changes on Group Disclosure. OR * Business consultants with experience on BASEL IV, SA-CCR, PRA Reporting, Credit Risk Calculators, and hands on experience on tools like AXIOM OR Resources will need to work on Legal Entity merger, esp for reg reporting changes within the bespoke application. They will need to do Master Data Mapping and data analysis, data flowing in and out of the systems and reports validation. Qualifications And Relevant Experience * Relevant experience of 3-8 years * Preferred Educational Qualification - CA, MBA, CFA etc. * Preferred professional certification like CAIIB, FRM (GARP), PRM (PRMIA), etc. * SDLC/Agile and IT BA experience is not mandatory but good to have Behavioral Competencies * Structured, methodical thinker. * Strong analytical capability. * Focused problem-solver. * Candidate must be diligent and proactive. * Good Team player. * Ability and drive to learn quickly and independently. * Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders. * Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision. * Proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal). * Effective time management - able to work under pressure and meet deadlines for both project related and non-project related tasks. ## Description * Gather detailed, specific, accurate, unambiguous business requirements. * Ensure Business analysis, Impact analysis, Gap analysis and System analysis are done to a high standard on defined projects and continuous improvement initiatives. * Liaise with business and tech team to identify, document and analyze business requirements. * Work with other business analysts on firm wide initiatives and participate in the Front to Back User testing / regression testing.
