The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and ensuring the development team delivers high-quality solutions on time. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team-managing product backlogs, writing Jira stories, validating deliveries, and communicating timelines effectively. You will also oversee software configuration for client usage and ensure successful project outcomes by creating and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and managing project plans.
