## About the Role

* Strong primary skills in application packaging across multiple platforms
 * Expertise across a variety of packaging tools
 * Strong working knowledge of different packaging formats
 * Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
 * Desirable: an understanding of SCCM current branch
 * Applicants must be sole British passport holders

## Description

* Provide software to the client through an organised, controlled and fully monitored packaging process
 * Carry out quality assurance testing and assist with UAT fault resolution
 * Document each application clearly, including what it is expected to do and how that was achieved
 * Build strong relationships with the client, third parties and vendors
 * Identify automation and efficiency opportunities, plus hands-on problem solving and solutioning
