* We are looking for someone with knowledge, skills and understanding from working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
 * We want confidence using related Microsoft technologies such as Office 365 and SharePoint.

## Description

* Work alongside our technology partners to support the successful delivery of our CRM project.
 * Develop Microsoft Dynamics solutions that meet business needs and support better ways of working.
 * Collaborate with Digital, ICT, Business Change and colleagues across the organisation to understand requirements and turn them into practical solutions.
 * Support testing, user acceptance activity and the introduction of new features or improvements.
 * Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes and enhancements, and help improve platform performance and stability.
 * Translate requirements into well-designed solutions.
 * Document developments clearly so they are easy to support, improve and build on in the future.
