You'll be involved across the full product lifecycle, from understanding customer and business needs through to prioritisation, delivery, implementation and continuous improvement. You'll be responsible for:Owning product roadmaps, backlogs and delivery priorities.Working with senior stakeholders to understand business, customer and operational requirements.Translating complex requirements into clear product outcomes, user stories and acceptance criteria.Working closely with Engineering and technical teams to deliver new capabilities and improvements.Balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, operational efficiency and technical considerations.Supporting an effective Agile delivery cadence, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve existing processes.Supporting the development of scalable products and services as the business continues to grow.Providing clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, priorities and outcomes.Helping embed and continuously improve product management and delivery practices across the organisation. What we're looking forWe're keen to speak with Product Owners, Technical Product Managers, Delivery Managers or Project Managers who have experience operating in a complex, technical and ideally regulated environment. You'll bring:At least 3 years' experience within the energy sector or a similarly regulated/complex industry.Demonstrable experience in Product Ownership, product delivery or a related role.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.The ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Broad technical awareness and experience working closely with engineering or technology teams.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.A commercially minded approach to product decision-making.Experience working with Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or similar delivery methodologies. Most importantly, you'll be someone who is curious, proactive and comfortable taking ownership. You'll enjoy solving complex problems, challenging the status quo and working collaboratively across a business to make things happen.
