You will support and conduct internal audits, provide quality-related training and coaching, and promote a strong nuclear safety culture. Working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, provide guidance on quality and compliance matters, and help drive operational excellence and employee engagement. This role offers a high degree of autonomy while supporting both business performance and your ongoing professional development. You will report to the Management Systems Quality Manager and be based at Springfields Fuels Ltd, located at the Springfields site near Preston.
