Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, CTA or equivalent. Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), CPQ, or Revenue Lifecycle Management. Desirable Experience integrating Salesforce with contact centre platforms such as Amazon Connect.
