## About the Role

* Proficient experience within Windows environments.
 * O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience. (user admin and GPO level ideally).
 * Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues within a fast-paced environment - circa 100 tickers per day in the team.
 * Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
 * Understanding of networking principles and protocols - Routers, Switches, connectivity, VLAN
 * A minimum of 1 year experience on a Service Desk/IT Support.

After placing within the business, we know firsthand how well they treat their staff and clients! This is a great move for a Service Desk/IT Support Engineer looking for the right environment to grow and develop their skills.

This MSP offers every Engineer a clear progression plan, exciting project work and a great team culture. In time you will receive your training platform account, fully paid for by the business to help you develop and take whichever courses you find relevant.

They love helping their SME clients in the region and are ever-growing, through natural business referrals - all thanks to the great engineers already onsite.

The Role:

You will be joining a close-knit team of Engineers to offer 1st/2nd line duties within their managed services team. Support circa 3,500 end user clients with their day-to-day IT support, whilst gaining access to projects such as; site relocation, server installs and upgrades, implementing backup solutions and much more.
