## About the Role

* Establish and enforce best practices in version control, CI/CD, and code quality using GitHub.Required Skills & Experience:* 4-5 years of experience in Data Engineering, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
 * Expertise in AWS cloud services, including S3, Lambda, and Redshift (or equivalent technologies).
 * Hands-on experience with Airflow, DBT, Docker, and ClickHouse, Snowflake, or similar.
 * Strong experience in ETL pipeline development, data modeling, and performance tuning.
 * Proficiency in SQL and Python for data engineering tasks.
 * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in JIRA for sprint planning.
 * Familiarity with GitHub workflows, including branching strategies and CI/CD processes.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
 * Ability to balance technical leadership with project management and prioritization.
