We are looking for a hands-on delivery leader who can manage challenging stakeholder groups, drive accountability, build consensus, and ensure successful delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Workday Financials optimisation, enhancement, and integration initiativesDrive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, and external partnersManage programme governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestonesLead change management, business readiness, and user adoption activitiesCoordinate internal teams, vendors, and implementation partnersProvide regular updates to senior leadership and steering committeesRequired ExperienceProven localisation delivery experience with Workday Financials programmes or projects in Spain and wider European countriesStrong background in finance transformation and post-implementation optimisationExperience delivering complex integrations between Workday and external systemsExcellent
project and programme management skillsExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience navigating complex environmentsStrong change management and business adoption experienceExperience within financial services, insurance, banking, or other regulated sectorsFluent Spanish and English.Ideal CandidateHands-on project leader with a track record of delivering complex transformation programmes.Strong communicator who can bring stakeholders onside and drive decisions.Comfortable operating in fast-paced, politically complex environments.Able to challenge constructively and hold teams accountable for delivery.
