Strong experience at mid to senior level , with excellent SQL skills. Proven ability to take ownership of the end-to-end BI process , from data ingestion and modelling to dashboard delivery. Experience building and working with scalable data models. Experience working in Scrum-based Agile teams . A genuine problem-solving mindset, when you spot a data discrepancy, you see a puzzle to solve rather than a chore. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value for stakeholders.
