At least 10 years of experience in a similar role with hands?on experience or exposure in payload procurement, payload equipment manufacturing or payload in?orbit operations in GEO and/or LEO. Experience in managing large EU and ESA projects. Programming languages skills (Python, Matlab or similar). Expertise in RF and microwave engineering, including analog signal chain design, high?power amplification, frequency conversion, filtering and RF chain technologies. Strong competences in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) technology, active antenna, on?board digital processors, software?defined radio payloads and 5G standard. Experience with constellation design. Experience with optical equipment. Experience with link budgets. Experience with repeater RF performance measurement. Experience with integration and testing at equipment, subsystem and system levels. Experience with In Orbit testing. Experience with quality control essentials. Basic knowledge of satellite platform engineering principles.
