## About the Role

Experience should include CAT-5 cable, PC build, PC break/fix and knowledge of MS technologies., * Be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills.

 * Ability to apply critical thinking and customer service mindset to make quick decisions independently.
 * At least one year of experience in the hardware and software break/fix and repair.
 * Self-motivated individuals that have the discipline to work on their own with minimal follow up.
 * Ability to listen and communicate with the customers and Help Desk regarding the service call.
 * Inventory management skills.
 * Ability to do minor construction type work such has drilling holes and mounting brackets.
 * Availability to run service calls during business hours, nights and weekends.
 * Clean background , DMV record, and drug screen., * Driver's License (Required)

## Description

* Possess a customer-centric attitude while maintaining a high customer service satisfaction rating.
 * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair POS devices, peripherals, units and networks at the customer site.
 * Identify, analyze, and repair hardware, software and network failures.
 * Hardware, software and network installation services.
 * On-call emergency support service when needed.
 * Provide customer service on the phone and in person.
 * Educate customers on preventative maintenance best practices.
 * Manage company inventory of parts required to maintain customer equipment, as well as a company vehicle.
