## About the Role

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile development
 * Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a development team to production
 * Strong expertise in native iOS development including Swift
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues
 * Experience with version control systems such as Git

Bonus points if you have:

 * Experience in cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native, Xamarin, or Flutter
 * Agile delivery experience
 * Familiarity with Pega
 * Familiarity with mobile app distribution
 * Good organizational, multi-tasking, time-management, and leadership skills
