Nice to Haves * Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). * Experience or familiarity with PowerSyncPro. * Experience or familiarity with SailPoint or Saviynt. * Experience with hybrid identity, federation, or directory migration. * Experience with auditing, reporting, and compliance tooling for IAM. ## Description The Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Administrator serves as the SME for the on-premise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform - in this case MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager). This role focuses on ensuring data integrity across disparate internal systems, maintaining the health of the MIM sync engine, and managing the full lifecycle of internal identities without external cloud dependencies. You will own day-to-day MIM operations, harden and extend automation, and partner with engineering and operations teams to keep identity data accurate, auditable, and reliable across all downstream consumers. Bottom line: if you have IAM/MIM-FIM background with strong SQL scripting, this role is for you.
