## About the Role

* Senior Level experience (5-7 years) in Oracle application development using Oracle APEX and Oracle Database 19c or higher
 * Development experience using Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and RESTful web services
 * Incorporate AI-driven engineering practices throughout development and modernization activities
 * Experience using AI technologies like GitHub Copilot or similar
 * Incorporate Single Sign-On
 * Experience participating on project teams
 * Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
 * Problem solving skills and effective interpersonal skills, * Undergraduate Degree in a Technical Discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent in applicable experience

## Description

* Modernize and improve the current systems using the Oracle APEX technology stack.
 * Complete modernization and migration of all Legacy Oracle Forms Applications to APEX
 * Improve overall system performance, supportability, reliability and availability.
 * Use best practices for development and implement software packages, templates, etc.
 * Use fully automated GitHub-based DevSecOps processes for Oracle APEX applications to ensure consistent deployments, daily backups, automated repository maintenance, and improved traceability.
 * Create and implement automated, continuous security scanning processes for APEX applications, APIs, and cloud-hosted assets to meet FISMA, NIST, and ARS requirements.
 * Develop API end points for internal/external agency consumption based on use cases.
 * Automate Section 508 compliance validation for all modules to ensure conformance with WCAG 2.0/2.1 A & AA, and all requirements
