## Description

As the owner of our Customer-facing ServiceNow Portal, this person will be an HTML/CSS/JavaScript whiz motivated to create a modern, accessible user experience. The role also serves as Salesforce and Pardot administrator, supporting Outreach and Growth functions to attract potential Customers.
· Create and improve ServiceNow Portal pages and widgets for both existing and potential Customers
· Maximize ServiceNow Portal search engine functionality using advanced tags and filters
· Collaborate with Service Catalog Manager to enhance Portal interface
