 * Windows and/or macOS support
 * Network basics (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
 * Help desk or technical support experience
 * Remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)
 * Cybersecurity awareness and best practices
 * Active Directory and user management
 * Cloud basics (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
 * Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
 * Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * 1+ years of IT support or technical troubleshooting experience (entry-level welcome)
 * Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
 * Certifications such as CompTIA A+ (a plus but not required)
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

## Description

* Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
 * Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
 * Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management
 * Monitor system performance and report technical issues
 * Support installation, configuration, and updates of software and systems
 * Maintain documentation of IT issues, fixes, and system changes
 * Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure and improvement projects
 * Ensure data security practices are followed across systems
