## Description

What You'll Be Doing:

 * Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
 * Greet visitors and assist with check-in and directions
 * Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
 * Maintain and update computer files related to associates and residents
 * Support clerical duties and office functions as assigned, California Employees: For roles requiring driving, the driving requirement has been deemed essential to the performance of this role due to specific business necessity. Supporting documentation is maintained by Silverado and is available for review upon request to ensure compliance with California law.
