otechnical AI governance specialist with strong AI ML model testing architecture cybersecurity and banking governance experience

oquantitative governance analysts to support governance forums regulatory and audit interactions modelowner coordination testing reviews documentation and daytoday governance administration

This team provides the technical and regulatory depth required to challenge design decisions evaluate risk and operate governance at scale

Key capabilities required across both teams program and portfolio management crossfunctional stakeholder management executive communication process design and documentation issue risk escalation ROI and business case analysis AI architecture literacy model performance testing cybersecurity awareness regulatory oversight audit management and strong analytical discipline The need for these capabilities is reinforced by both the staffing request and recent audit findings

Control activities these resources will support centralized intake and usecase inventory risk classification and required approvals for highrisk use cases documentation of RACI standards and evidence architecture security compliance review coordination performance security resilience adversarial bias and vulnerability testing monitoring KRIs and remediation plans governance forum administration audit and regulatory response management and ongoing followup of highrisk use cases including stop escalation decisions where needed These activities are directly aligned with Santanders AI policy requirements and current audit gaps
