The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of graph data models and associated ETL pipelines, supporting large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. This role requires deep expertise in graph database technologies, data modeling, and ETL processes, as well as the ability to collaborate across technical and stakeholder teams., * Lead graph database development and ETL processes on large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. * Design, implement, and maintain graph data models, ensuring alignment with ontological references and business requirements. * Develop and maintain data structures, schemas, indexes, and relationships to optimize performance, scalability, and analytical use cases. * Identify and document entity relationships, referential integrity constraints, and key structures, including analysis of tradeoffs between alternative graph and hybrid schemas. * Collaborate with database administrators, data engineers, and stakeholder teams to validate data accuracy, formatting, and reliability. * Document graph models, ETL processes, and scripts consistent with industry best practices and government guidelines., To enhance efficiency, fairness, and accuracy, Analytica may use AI-assisted tools to support certain aspects of our hiring process. * Application Review: AI tools may help identify skills and experiences relevant to the role. * Interview Support: AI-powered notetaking tools may be used during interviews to document discussions and summarize key points.
