 * JavaScript (such as a recognized JS certification/credential)
 * HTML/CSS (front-end or web development certifications)
 * SQL / Database Development (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, MySQL University)
 * Strong experience with modern full-stack development using open-source and RESTful principles.
 * Solid understanding of relational database design and SQL query optimization.
 * Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows.
 * Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to performance and security.
 * Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
 * Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 * Familiarity with healthcare data standards or security (HIPAA-aligned development practices).
 * Experience in Agile/Scrum working environments.

## Description

* Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using PHP, JavaScript (and related frameworks), HTML, CSS, and SQL.
 * Build clean, maintainable, and efficient APIs and backend services.
 * Implement responsive, accessible front-end features that enhance user experience across devices.
 * Integrate with 3rd-party services and internal systems (e.g., payment systems, EHR/medical integration, authentication providers).
 * Participate in technical architecture reviews and recommend best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
 * Write unit and integration tests; collaborate in code reviews.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
 * Document solutions, technical decisions, and application workflows.
 * Partner with product owners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
