Skills/Competencies: Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following * 2 years of experience leading technical teams. * designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and microservice architectures. * managing production support processes, SLAs, on-call rotations, and incident escalations. * production support for data platforms and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform)/ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines. * SQL, Python, and data engineering frameworks (including dbt). * implementing monitoring, observability frameworks, and operational analytics solutions. * cloud cost optimization, infrastructure efficiency, and performance tuning. * troubleshooting pipeline failures, job delays, and platform incidents. * coordinating cross-functional incident response and leading RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documentation and follow-up. * security, compliance, and access control in data operations. * fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, analytics, and business leadership ## Description We celebrate diversity-of your background, your experiences and your unique identity.
