## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in project coordination, vendor management, IT operations, or a related business support role.
 * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitating meetings and providing clear status updates.
 * Working knowledge of technology environments, software projects, infrastructure concepts, or related IT terminology.
 * Experience reviewing contracts, statements of work, budgets, invoices, and vendor agreements.
 * Familiarity with project management tools, ticketing systems, and the ability to proactively drive tasks through completion.

 * Serve as the primary contact for external vendors and contractors, managing ongoing relationships and performance expectations.
 * Coordinate project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to keep initiatives moving forward successfully.
 * Facilitate communication between technical teams and outside partners to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly understood.
 * Monitor contracts, invoices, project spending, and vendor commitments while identifying potential risks or delays.
 * Lead status meetings, track action items, maintain project documentation, and provide updates to leadership.
