These are hands-on development and application support positions requiring candidates who can work across both legacy Microsoft desktop/client-server applications and modern web applications. Must-Have Skills * Strong professional experience with C# and .NET/.NET Framework * Microsoft Blazor strong hands-on experience * Working proficiency with ; candidate must be comfortable maintaining/enhancing existing applications * WPF and/or Windows Forms * Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience * WCF and RESTful APIs/web services * Git and/or TFS/Azure DevOps source control * Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes * Strong application troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, Prioritize candidates who are senior, hands-on .NET developers rather than specialists in only web or desktop development. They should be comfortable moving between C#, , Blazor, WPF/Windows Forms, APIs, and SQL Server and should have experience both developing applications and supporting/troubleshooting existing production systems. Blazor should be treated as a key requirement, along with strong C#/.NET and SQL Server experience.
