## About the Role

* We are seeking a Senior Android Developer with 7 10 years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Android applications.
 * The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, MVVM, mobile security, performance optimization, and CI/CD.
 * This role requires close collaboration with product, UX, architecture, and engineering teams while mentoring junior developers., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
 * 7 10 years of native Android application development.
 * Expertise in Kotlin and Java.
 * Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Coroutines, Flow, Room, Retrofit, Hilt/Dagger, and Firebase.
 * Experience with REST APIs, Git, Gradle, Android Studio, and Agile delivery.
 * Strong understanding of mobile performance tuning, testing, and secure coding.
 * Preferred Qualifications
 * Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
 * Experience with GraphQL, Kotlin Multiplatform, or Flutter.
 * Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD platforms.

 * Optimize application performance, reliability, accessibility, and security.
 * Implement secure authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, biometrics).
 * Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and establish engineering standards.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, QA, DevOps, and backend teams.
 * Support CI/CD pipelines and Google Play Store releases.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.
