## Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide both remote and onsite technical support to end users in the Somerset, KY area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on desktop support experience, and excellent communication/customer service skills., * Provide desktop support to end users both remotely and in person.

 * Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software in a Windows-based environment.
 * Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
 * Perform basic network troubleshooting.
 * Document issues, resolutions, and support activities.
 * Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professional interactions with users.
 * Lift and carry equipment and work in physically demanding or uncomfortable positions when necessary.
