## About the Role

Do you have experience in Construction industry experience?, * Strong character: motivated, dependable, honest, and safety-focused

 * Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
 * Proficiency with computers, office suites, data systems, and cameras - including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers.
 * Ability to read construction drawings, assembly drawings, and RF data sheets
 * Proficient in general industry knowledge, including rigging, knot tying, and signaling
 * Knowledge of equipment use; driving trucks with enclosed trailers. Boom trucks (CDL required), skid steer, mini-excavator, etc.
 * Knowledge of gin pole, winch, and capstan hoisting procedures
 * Physical stamina to climb towers and lift/pull/push up to 80 lbs
 * Ability to work 40-60 hours per week in all weather conditions
 * Ability to crouch, kneel, twist, and climb using both hands
 * Trade certifications are a plus
 * Six-week rotations with one week off between rotations
 * Willingness to travel extensively (passport recommended)
 * Clean driving record.
 * CDL license or crane certification is a plus

## Description

Tower Systems is actively hiring experienced Tower Technicians to perform all aspects of new construction, decoms, upgrades, co-locations, inspections, microwave, mapping, tower lighting, civils, and foundations. Installations and maintenance on all types of towers up to 800' tall.
