## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

 * Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, dashboards, reporting tools, or data products.
 * Experience with organizational change management initiatives.
 * Retail industry experience.
 * Experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation programs.

## Description

ProSearch is partnering with an enterprise client to hire an Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) Change Enablement Analyst for a fully remote contract opportunity.
This role is ideal for a change management, communications, or organizational readiness professional who enjoys helping people successfully adopt new technology, data products, and ways of working.
You'll work closely with Change Enablement, Training, Business, and Technical teams to drive stakeholder engagement, change communications, user adoption, and organizational readiness for a large-scale Enterprise Data Platform transformation.

What You'll Do

 * Execute change management and communication activities for the Enterprise Data Platform program.
 * Partner with stakeholders during discovery and design sessions to identify and document change impacts.
 * Develop communications including emails, FAQs, release notes, Teams posts, newsletters, and SharePoint announcements.
 * Coordinate and support change champion programs and stakeholder engagement activities.
 * Assist with release readiness, training coordination, and go-live communications for data product launches.
 * Track adoption, engagement, and training metrics to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
 * Maintain change enablement documentation, SharePoint content, training materials, and program resources.
 * Create audience-specific communications for leadership, business users, and technical teams.
