Typical Responsibilities Include: * Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and document complex online business applications from conception through implementation, including integration and interfaces with concurrent applications. * Consult with end users and stakeholders to identify business needs, system requirements, and application issues; troubleshoot existing applications and develop and maintain test programs and databases to support application functionality and quality assurance. * Provide technical support for ERP modules and business applications, analyzing and resolving end-user issues and coordinating with software vendors as needed to troubleshoot and correct system problems. * Develop and deliver training to college personnel on newly developed, implemented, or modified applications, and maintain current system, program, technical, and user documentation. * Provide accurate electronic data and reporting support to college departments to meet operational needs and comply with federal and state reporting requirements. * Maintain and expand technical knowledge and skills by staying current with evolving technologies, software applications, development practices, and industry standards, and apply that knowledge to improve college systems and services., Outstanding you can expect from Stark State: (See the benefits tab on the job description details.)
