## Description

The UAT System Analyst role involves supporting the implementation of a comprehensive case management solution within a health and human services environment. This position requires detailed system analysis, user acceptance testing, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

 * Conduct system analysis and perform UAT validations for new change requests and production incidents, coordinating with vendors and interface partners.
 * Lead design sessions to gather and detail specific application or project requirements, defining responsibilities, operations, attributes, and process flows.
 * Develop and document functional and process requirements to support system design and build.
 * Assist with data requests, perform ad hoc data script validations, and review notices in the live environment to ensure quality.
 * Automate KPI validations and verify data points using SQL queries for internal quality control.
 * Support collection of data for federal agencies, perform data analysis, and prepare documentation for demonstrations.
 * Monitor incident tickets, track resolution progress, and coordinate with tier-II teams to resolve case issues efficiently., professional, and ready to advocate on your behalf.
