You will deliver comprehensive IT customer support by deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise hardware and software systems while ensuring strict adherence to cybersecurity policies. Additionally, you will drive continuous IT improvement by analyzing user requirements, identifying problem trends, developing tailored user training, and potentially supporting specialized enterprise applications such as DLA's eProcurement platforms. This position is in Battle Creek, MI.
