Ability to gather requirements and generate Data Science & Engineering tickets as needed. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing responsibilities while delivering quality outcomes. * Track record of proactive, value-added contributions to internal and client teams. * Collaborating with high-performing cross-functional teams * A love for data, and sound belief in its possibilities. ## Description We are seeking a Data Scientist for our growing Analytics practice. In this role, you will be working closely with clients' delivery teams from Marketing and Analytics, as well as the Concord delivery team of project leads, analysts, engineers, and data scientists. This is a client-facing consultant role with room to grow your career along one of the following tracks: technical data & analytics, account leadership, and/or management. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for storytelling with data. You will support clients through descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive stages. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of analytics, communication, and strategy. You'll be expected not only to design and implement technical solutions but also to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and manage projects with competing priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical expertise, strong marketing context, and the ability to translate data into compelling stories. Knowledge of digital measurement, digital marketing, personalization, CDPs, user experience, analytics, and a strong focus on project management is needed to be successful. A broad understanding of SQL or Python will be required for the role.
