 * Own full-cycle ticketing management: triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues using the internal IT support portal
 * Manage new and exiting user hardware, network/phone setups, and recurring device lifecycle tasks for 100+ employees
 * Oversee IT asset inventory and physical allocation
