Experience leading or mentoring product owners, program managers, project managers, or cross-functional delivery teams. Experience within healthcare, healthcare workforce management, workforce planning, staffing, or other highly regulated industries. Familiarity with workforce demand planning, labor optimization, scheduling, or operational workforce solutions. Experience collaborating with clinical leadership, healthcare executives, or operational business stakeholders. ## Description We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Senior AI Program Manager to lead a highly visible enterprise transformation initiative focused on building a next-generation Workforce Solutions Platform from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity where you will help shape the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for one of the organization's top strategic initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, including the CIO and C-suite stakeholders, you will drive a multi-year phased technology implementation that leverages AI, automation, modern cloud technologies, and data-driven experiences to transform workforce planning and operational decision making.While this role is heavily focused on program execution and stakeholder management, success requires a solid understanding of AI-enabled platforms, enterprise software development, and modern technology architectures. You will partner with business leaders, architects, engineers, product teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the platform delivers measurable business outcomes while establishing a foundation for future innovation.
