This position involves building new features in React, maintaining and modernizing existing platform features, and helping establish style guides, reusable patterns, modular components, and interface standards for modern UI development. Effective communication is important because the role works closely with developers, designers, product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, technical constraints, user experience goals, and long-term platform direction. As a senior position, the UI Developer III is expected to guide practical technical decisions, push design capabilities forward, mentor less experienced developers, and help the broader team deliver maintainable, accessible, and high-quality user experiences.
