## Description

* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
 * Coach the development team and Product Owner on Agile best practices and Scrum principles.
 * Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and team capacity to ensure predictable delivery.
 * Identify, escalate, and remove impediments impacting sprint commitments.
 * Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to manage cross-team dependencies.
 * Monitor project risks, blockers, and delivery milestones while ensuring adherence to Agile practices.
 * Maintain Agile artifacts in Jira and Confluence, including user stories, sprint boards, dashboards, and reports.
 * Facilitate release planning and ensure alignment between sprint deliverables and business priorities.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospective action items and process optimization.
 * Support engineering teams working on Full Stack Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, Oracle, AWS, and CI/CD environments.
 * Prepare and present Agile delivery metrics and project status to leadership.
