## About the Role

Must be computer literate.
Must be able to type at least 25 correct words per minute.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma or GED required.

 * Must hold a CompTIA A+ Certification.
 * 4+ years of experience, Knowledge of computer operations and common applications.
Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Familiarity with call or work order tracking software preferred.
Ability to install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
Ability to install, update, and troubleshoot computer software and operating systems.
Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule.

## Description

This position is ideal for those who are technically skilled, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization., Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
Install and update software as required.
Communicate with end users to diagnose and resolve computer issues efficiently.
Provide remote desktop assistance and troubleshooting support.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and replace faulty computer components.

 * Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for reference by end users and technical staff.
