One role will be as a Diagnostics Calibration Technical Specialist, with potential areas of ownership including AWD, Driveline, Trailering, State Estimation, and Chassis ECUs. The other Technical Specialist will be responsible for Trailer Braking and Driver Mode Control Calibration. Calibration Technical Specialists are responsible for indirectly leading a team of Active Chassis Calibration Engineers to produce high-quality, on-time deliverables for all vehicle programs using common methods, processes, and procedures. The selected candidate will also have a unique opportunity to influence and develop future Active Chassis architectures and controls strategies. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive experience in both calibration and algorithm development, as well as demonstrated leadership, planning, communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills.
