Business Banking Operations teams, and country programs.Identify reusable global capabilities while balancing local country requirements.Drive backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation, and stakeholder alignment.Maintain functional documentation in Jira and Confluence.Proven experience as a Product Owner / Functional Analyst in Business Banking or Omnichannel servicing solutions.Strong knowledge of SME, Corporate, and Enterprise Banking operational processes.Deep understanding of customer servicing workflows, relationship management, and operational KPIs.Solid experience translating business needs into product backlog items in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
Capability to work autonomously in complex, global, and cross-functional setups.
