Preferred Skills * Experience working in Agile environments, including Kanban or sprint-based delivery models. * Background supporting enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP implementations or enhancements. * Experience mentoring team members and serving as a subject matter resource for ERP financial processes. * Familiarity with data-driven and process-driven analysis techniques. * Ability to guide process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement efforts. * Experience working across multiple functional areas and adapting to evolving business needs. This position offers the opportunity to support enterprise-scale initiatives across Finance, Accounting, IT, and leadership teams while helping shape scalable solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and control.
