## About the Role

* Associate's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
 * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in systems design, analysis, and programming, preferably in a higher education or similar environment.
 * Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with SQL in a relational database environment, preferably with Oracle SQL*Plus and PL/SQL.

## Description

* Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and document complex online business applications from conception through implementation, including integration and interfaces with concurrent applications.
 * Consult with end users and stakeholders to identify business needs, system requirements, and application issues; troubleshoot existing applications and develop and maintain test programs and databases to support application functionality and quality assurance.
 * Provide technical support for ERP modules and business applications, analyzing and resolving end-user issues and coordinating with software vendors as needed to troubleshoot and correct system problems.
 * Develop and deliver training to college personnel on newly developed, implemented, or modified applications, and maintain current system, program, technical, and user documentation.
 * Provide accurate electronic data and reporting support to college departments to meet operational needs and comply with federal and state reporting requirements.
 * Maintain and expand technical knowledge and skills by staying current with evolving technologies, software applications, development practices, and industry standards, and apply that knowledge to improve college systems and services.
