## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
 * Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Skills and Abilities:

 * Excel/Google Sheets
 * SQL
 * Tableau, Salesforce
 * ERP Systems
 * Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or automation is a plus.

## Description

* Analyze business performance and develop meaningful KPIs and reports.
 * Build, maintain dashboards and analytical tools with Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
 * Develop forecasts and analysis for sales, operations, invoicing, and cash flow.
 * Work with data from Salesforce, Rootstock ERP, and other business systems.
 * Identify data-quality issues and help improve our reporting processes.
 * Automate repetitive reporting and analytical processes.
 * Conduct research and combine internal and external data to support business decisions.
 * Work with department leaders to answer business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Help evaluate and implement practical uses of AI and automation.
