Preferred * Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or other mission-critical production environments. * Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or Security+. * Experience supporting integrated OT/IT environments. EDUCATION: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field ## Description The North America Regional IT Manager leads IT operations and service delivery across multiple U.S. manufacturing and office locations. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient technology environments that support business continuity and production operations. This role is intended for a high-potential IT leader with strong operational discipline, executive presence, and a proven ability to deliver results in manufacturing or similarly complex environments.
