In joining the Amway North America (ANA) Data & Analytics crew - the team that helps transform business questions into reliable insights, dashboards, models, and decision support, you'll serve as the functional data engineering partner who helps make sure the right data is in the right place, with the right structure, quality, and business meaning for the people who depend on it. If analysts and business partners are building the "aha!" moments, you're helping build the launchpad. You'll partner with Technology, Analytics, Data Science, and business stakeholders to design, validate, document, and maintain data flows that connect enterprise and market-specific sources to the ANA analytics data layer. You'll improve data accessibility, lineage, governance, scalability, and quality so teams can move faster, trust what they're using, and spend more time answering questions like what changed, why it matters, and where we go next.
