* 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot
 * 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Microservices using Spring Boot
 * 2+ years of experience developing Microservices using Cassandra and MongoDB
 * 2+ years of experience developing and deploying Microservices in Microsoft Azure
 * End-to-end development experience, including backend database, application server, and web server layers
 * Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
 * 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe Agile
 * Experience integrating third-party applications, including Web Services, Tax Processors, Payment Processors, and Fulfillment systems
 * Strong knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOA/OOD)
 * Ability to provide strategic direction and support development/architecture teams with effective strategies and technical solutions
 * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

 * Experience implementing eCommerce solutions for multi-channel retailers
 * Experience with payment processing solutions
 * Strong experience in retail technology
 * Technical architecture and backend development leadership
 * Experience with enterprise-scale Microservices architecture
