You should be comfortable challenging architectural decisions, developing Engineering Managers and senior engineers, identifying and growing exceptional talent, and holding teams accountable for quality and delivery. You will need excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing competing priorities, and capable of creating a results-driven engineering culture while maintaining a collaborative and respectful leadership approach.
