 * Experience in designing application architecture and developing/deploying n-tier ASP.NET web applications using VB.NET, web services, and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
 * Experience analyzing business processes and workflows, and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to define system requirements and resolve issues.
 * Experience working with Oracle databases and PL/SQL, including SQL programming and JSON data handling.
 * Experience as a Web GUI developer with accessibility compliance, and working with Angular Single Page Applications (SPA), Redux, and Angular versions 9 through 14.
 * Experience developing applications for government human services eligibility systems.
 * Experience applying object-oriented programming (OOP) principles to design and implement complex business objects.
 * Experience developing and maintaining SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.
 * Experience developing applications using ASP.NET MVC.
 * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
