This position requires the ability to work independently in an office environment with minimal supervision., * Relevant Project Management certification or education (PMP or equivalent) . \n * Minimum of five years of analyst experience working with core business or enterprise systems. \n * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a strong background in systems administration and business management disciplines. \n * Strong experience creating and maintaining custom reports. \n * Ability to analyze unique and complex problems and develop effective solutions collaboratively. \n * Ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders and external partners. \n * Knowledge of system security protocols and industry best practices. \n * Strong foundational knowledge of operational processes, system functionality, and system integrations. \n * Experience with MS Project or other project management tools. \n * Ability to maintain regular attendance and work scheduled hours. \n ## Description The VP, Systems & Reports Analyst serves as a resource for departments across the organization, assisting with the effective use of core systems and the of custom reports needed to support business operations.
